Are cracks covered under warranty?

It depends. If our control joints were done properly and a slab exhibits a crack jumping a joint or occurring in between joints, then that would NOT be a warrantable crack.

How long after pouring new concrete until I can walk on it?

You can walk on it in 24 hours after pouring.

How long after pouring until I can drive on the new concrete?

We recommend 7 days before driving a vehicle on new concrete.

How often do I have to seal my stamped concrete?

It is recommended you seal your stamped concrete every 2 to 3 years if it is exposed to sunlight and the elements.

Do you back-fill the edges of the new concrete?

Yes, we use onsite dirt to back-fill the edges of our forms. You will want to install sod or apply seed ASAP after we finish as heavy rains can wash out the loose dirt not set in place by grass roots yet.
